What we collect

When you fill in a form you send us your name, company, phone, email, cargo and route description and, optionally, documents (invoice, packing list). When signing in to the client portal — your email and password.

What we use it for

Only to handle your request: to calculate a price, contact you and organise the shipment. We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in our protected database and sent to our work email. The portal password is stored only in encrypted form.

Cookies

The site uses only a technical cookie to keep you signed in to the portal. We have no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete your data — write to the email address below.
